Villa Maria Studios
In a newly built modern residential complex in the center of Toroni, in Sithonia, Chalkidiki, just 40 meters from the famous beach, you will find Studio, Family Studio and the unique Maisonette of Villa Maria 2, where modern amenities are taking the first place.

The Maisonette is ideal for those seeking tranquility and privacy. In a beautiful garden with olive trees and lawn dominates the modern two-storey maisonette of 75 sq.m. This can accommodate 4-6 people. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace, LCD TV, WC, free Wi-Fi and separate fully equipped kitchen with the dining room. Externally, there is a terrace with a large garden and BBQ, with private parking.Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (double and 2 single beds), bathroom and balcony.

Bungalows
The Bungalows are an ideal choice for those seeking the simple luxury, total privacy, serenity and joy of nature. They have fully landscaped large garden, just 200 meters from the beach of Toroni and 150 meters from the reception and the main building.
There are two autonomous Bungalows, the Bungalow 1 Bungalow and 2, next to each other, where one can combine their stay with friends or to have absolute privacy. Each has a private garden with BBQ to impress with your culinary skills, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and all utensils, bathroom with shower, and a single sleeping space. Outside the beautiful garden there are loungers and hammocks for absolute tranquility and meditation.
